Meet Chef Kristal
Chef Kristal’s love for food started at the young age of seven, where she began cooking in the kitchen at home, learning from TV cooking shows and online research on the creativity of food. Over the years, her passion for food grew more robust and it was only natural that she attends culinary school. Chef Kristal graduated with her Associate Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management.
After working in the culinary industry, Chef Kristal realized that she wanted a more hand on and personable experience with clients. Chef Kristal believes that every meal, whether it be healthy or comfort food, should taste as if the chef put their heart and “soul” into the dish…….. The birth of K-Souls was formed. K-Souls mission is to create an all-around unforgettable culinary experience.
Chef Kristal specializes in American comfort foods and is able to prepare a wide range of cuisines, as well as follow dietary restrictions. Chef Kristal is based the NYC area.
